Success, failure, competence, and temporary incompetence are all part of the ongoing leadership process. In our partnership, you will be able to know yourself more fully and define a path aligning with your goals and personal fulfillment.

Typical focus areas include confidence, communication skills, conflict management, motivation, managing burnout, perspective-shifting, resiliency, stress triggers and solutions, and team engagement.

We begin with a values exploration, and I also engage five powerful learning lenses: emotional intelligence, psychological type, psychological safety, temperament and communnication styles. Clients move from insight to action and conclude with a new pathway of specific leadership skills uniquely suited to their situation.

As you deepen your own awareness, you will naturally strengthen your skills to successfully coach and mentor others —a key competency for leaders and managers.
