Co-Creating Teams

We Are Better Together

The most successful teams welcome and integrate a diversity of perspectives.

Opposing viewpoints are invited and encouraged in an environment of high respect and high permission to contribute. Team members feel safe to be themselves, and safe to learn, grow and even challenge the status quo in an environment of rewarded vulnerability. Below are different approaches to strengthening team performance. I will work with you to determine the process uniquely suited to your team's needs. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Feedback and Communication Styles

Communication on a team can be exquisitely rewarding or excruciatingly challenging. The art and science of feedback is a critical skill in moving positive change forward. High-performing teams share nearly six times more positive and specific feedback than average teams, and also are adept in assertive communication to address issues as they arise. I provide workshops in feedback and also in Interaction Styles™, a self-discovery behavioral model that identifies core communication needs, drives and behaviors.

Motivational Drives and Talents

Understanding our core motivational needs, gifts and stressors provide a strong antidote and a pathway through burnout. Essential Motivators™ is a self-discovery model that captures core talents and needs that are essential to be met. This learning supports greater self-care and the ability to better coach and mentor others.

Cognitive Preferences and Emotional Intelligence Skills

Understanding our preferred ways of taking in information and making decisions will enhance collaboration and innovation on any team. I provide this to teams beginning with the MBTI© assessment, which offers insight into a lifelong developmental process. Teams often choose to pair this with the EQ-i 2.0™ assessment offering a snapshot in time of both individual and team EQ skills.

To the degree that we look clearly and compassionately at ourselves, we feel confident and fearless about looking into someone else's eyes. - Pema Chodron
